Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment processing is complete. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will also ship on Monday.

Please double-check the address you enter at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

Carriers

We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order is delivered to the Post Office, it is no longer under our control. We strongly recommend selecting USPS Priority or Express shipping for insurance coverage. (Please note: First-Class packages are NOT insured.)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lipz-N-Power is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will supply delivery confirmation, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier details to assist you in investigating the matter with USPS.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages once they pass through the port of entry.

All customs forms will accurately reflect the value of the merchandise. We will not mark packages as “gifts.”

Please allow 2–3 days for processing before shipment.

International orders are excluded from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

When your tracking number is available, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Cruelty-Free Commitment

Q. Does Lipz-N-Power test on animals?

No. Lipz-N-Power is proudly a cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals, nor do we allow our suppliers or affiliates to test on our behalf. We are proud members of the PETA organization.

Purchasing Issues

Q. How often do you restock merchandise?

We restock monthly.

Q. Can I cancel my order after purchase?

All sales are final. Some orders may ship before the standard 5–7 business day window.

Q. How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please email us at [email protected]. Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.

Note: Some orders may ship in less than 24 hours.

Note: Email inquiries are answered within 48 business hours (responses may be delayed during high-volume periods).

Returned to Sender

Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee listed on our website.

Lipz-N-Power is not responsible for shipment issues caused by USPS.

If you choose not to pay the reship fee, your order will be forfeited.

No refunds. No exceptions.
